My name is Butch Clements, and I’m with the Wendy’s Company. As director of facilities, I’m responsible for capital reinvestment of the equipment and structural elements in our restaurants as well as the management of our technicians and facilities managers. Our trades are plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, cooking equipment, light cosmetic changes, and electrical. Our geographies are the Midwest, the Northeast, the Southwest and metropolitan Denver.
Why did the Wendy’s Company choose Corrigo?
Corrigo had the mobile support function for our technicians where the other companies did not have that solution. Corrigo has a scorecard that they partnered with us to develop for our technicians. It concentrates on efficiencies through restaurant visits per week, repeat visits, billable percent, and other items that drive efficiencies and hold our guys accountable to their daily actions.
